The safety of our products and wellbeing of those that buy them is our first priority. We have found a design issue in the Vivo and although no-one has been hurt we are taking a proactive position and correcting the issue immediately.
Please DO NOT USE your Vivido Fireplace until the repair has been completed.

Retrofit corrections will be made to the unit at no cost to you. We will be contacting all buyers of this product and the Vivido to make retrofit arrangements.
