The safety of our products and our customers is our number 1 priority and although your fireplace may not be affected as a precaution we ask that you do not use your Vivido fireplace until we can send out a replacement part. Once the replacement has been completed your fireplace is perfectly safe and may again be used without issue or worry. This of course will be completed at no cost to you. We will be replacing and shipping the bowed base that holds the 2 burner cups. The cups will not be replaced. Changing the base is easy, we even include the needed allen wrench. Once you have replaced the old piece, place it in the same box your new replacement piece came in and ship it back to us with the included return shipment label. You must register for the replacement base, You may also register by calling us toll free at 1-888-499-5433. Let the Recall department know where you purchased your fireplace, the name of your fireplace, how many you own, the address where the replacement base should be shipped and to whose attention the shipment should be sent.
